Fit tips: I found this belt to fit generous with plenty of stretch, however I found teh straps a little shorter than I'd like when I sized down so I preferred my usual which was still snug enough. I suggest sticking with your usual or sizing down. Gossard sizes roughly translate to the following dress sizes in US/CAN as: XS=4/6, S= 6/8 , M= 8/10, L = 10/12, XL = 12/14
